A: At the top of any page, click on the link that says "Place a FREE
Personal Classified Ad" or "Place a Business Ad" and following the
instructions. Once receive your classified ad, you will receive a
confirmation of your ad by e-mail following the approval of your ad
within 24-48 hours.
Q: Can I edit or cancel an ad?
A: Yes, you can edit paid advertisement listing,
but in order to edit an ad, you need to submit a new request and
mention the current ad number that was issued in your confirmation
email. You may cancel an ad at anytime by sending us an email
with the ad identification number to
cancel@merch4sale.com. It may take up to 24-48 hours
for the removal of the advertisement.
Q: How long does it take for my ad to
appear on the website?
A: Typically your ad will be posted on the website
within 24-48 hours depending on the number of requests being
processed. As a result, it could take a bit longer with heavy
request. Paid advertisements take precedence over free
listings.
Q: Where will my ad be posted?
A: During the review process, a determination for
the best location for your ad placement will be made.
Additionally, your ad may appear anywhere on a page and in no
specific order unless you have placed a paid classified ad which
will then be placed closer to the top of the page in most cases.
Q: How do I pay for paid inclusion of my
classified ad(s)?
A: merch4sale.com uses PayPal for all
payments resulting in a charge by Vortexual Dreams Production
appearing on your billing statement. No PayPal account is
needed in order to make payment if you choose the pay by credit card
amount. Also, depending on the type of ad you would like to
place, you will need to choose the appropriate ad option.
Q: What is the refund policy of
Merchadise4Sale.com?
A: We do not offer refunds for classifieds
submitted unless we reject your advertisement. However, you
can make minor changes to your ad with no additional charges.
Q: What size your my images be?
A: Images should be less than 2MB an no larger than
4000x4000 pixel size. We will resize your image to fit within
the classified listings and in many cases offer a larger image view
for merchandise being sold.
Q: What's the catch for Free classified
listings?
A: Free listings are limited to textual based
classified listings with no images or enhancements to their
presentation other than bold heading letters and will run for no
more than 1-week at a time.
